My favorite month just so happens to be a showgirl’s busiest season. I managed to squeak out a few moments to attend the Go Fight record release party at Underground Lounge. Of course, I made my yearly pilgrimage to Fright Fest and cuddled the best demon overlord, Nox. It always means so much to me when I’m able to overcome the scheduling conflicts of being in nightlife, and actually experience what my creative friends are putting out into the universe. Then it is back to the bump ’n grind. I was privileged to be asked back to the Admiral Theatre for a three-night engagement. Their Halloween show entitled Strip-or-Treat headlined “The Atomic Bombshell” Chère Noble, with guests Marie Curieosity, Cyn S Tease Ya, and myself from Bim Bam Boom. If ever you have the opportunity to see Chère perform, jump on it. She is not only a stellar performer with a captivating style, her presence backstage is an absolute delight. I enjoy being in the presence of women who know what they’re worth and value one another. Each time I set foot in the club, I’m reminded why I love what I do so very much. They are the pinnacle of professionalism and make me feel like a goddamn rockstar.

028 - Amazing Grace - Backstage (06).jpg

The sad news is I was so laser focused on the Admiral shows, November snuck up on me. Here we are getting our shenanigans on a few days late, but every day is Halloween! This set will always hold a very special place in my heart. Amazing Grace was shot in the haunted room of the Edgefield Manor in the outskirts of Portland, Oregon. While I’ve never heard the ghosts, the history and surreal artwork enveloping the grounds set a perfect mood. Everyone be sure to grab the desktop background attached to this post. VIPs are getting the full 33 image photoset, and Backstage Patrons also get 30 beyond-the-set images this month! Be sure you're logged in on my site to view the images. Feel free to give the set some love by leaving a comment or clicking the heart below. As always, thank you to all my Patrons. You make art happen.
