Just like that, the whole world changed. No matter what corner of the planet you’re in you’ve certainly been impacted by the pandemic at hand. I hope every one of you is healthy, home, and safe. Right before it became obvious Chicago was headed to isolation, my partner and I went out for one last date night. I dressed to the nines for reservations at Geja, a cozy upscale fondue restaurant. A glamorous bon voyage to the normal we knew. Now the dress code is considerably more relaxed, and supporting local businesses once a week via delivery.

I’ve been in quarantine for 17 days at this point. Only venturing into public to buy groceries I couldn’t obtain with Prime. I already had a couple boxes of nitrile gloves at home for sex purposes. Don't act surprised. After much research, I’ve landed on a mask pattern to make a cloth one (with liner pocket) for myself. When going out wearing something is better than nothing, and I’m going to make it a fashionable affair. Every last n95 should be on a medical professional’s face - not mine.

Earth keeps spinning. I became an auntie for the third time! My lil sister delivered a baby girl on her birthday. Nothing like a new niece to find a well of hope for the future. I am compiling a list of things I call “Mental Power” that give me light in the dark moments. Some of you beautiful creatures have unwittingly contributed to this list. Watching my favorite shows pivot on a dime and create social distancing versions is inspirational. My kitchen counters won’t disinfect themselves, my garden needs tending, and artists gonna art.

Here's a hot-off-the-press set for you. I found a pair of boots that match my long legs, and you’ll be seeing double. There is a bank of sets I will be pulling from while we are all on lockdown. Our party should go on largely uninterrupted. VIPs are getting the full 28 image photoset, and Backstage Patrons also get 18 beyond-the-set images this month! Be sure you're logged in on my site to view the images. Feel free to give the set some love by leaving a comment or clicking the heart below. As always, thank you to all my Patrons. You make art happen.
